Local Dragon Boat Races

Dragon boat racing is held to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival (Tuen Ng) and is one of the most exciting sports you'll ever see in Hong Kong. With their crews straining on their paddles, these 15-metre-plus (50-foot) craft slice through the water at incredible speeds. The races are held at locations throughout Hong Kong.
