Welcome to the Hong Kong Tourism Board's (HKTB) Photo Gallery. Each image in this section is available in high and low resolutions. High resolution files are for printing up to A5 size.

Members of the media and the travel trade are welcome to contact the Tourism Resource Centre of the HKTB for pictures for tourism promotion use.

In addition, the Tourism Resource Centre has a photo collection available for commercial use, web site illustration, publication, etc. A licence fee may apply depending upon the intended use. Please contact the Centre for further information.

Conditions of Use:

Images in this section are licensed to the public for download. You agree that:

	1.	All use shall be for positive depiction of Hong Kong and is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Submission and Reproduction of Picture.

	2.	Images cannot be altered or deformed in any way.

	3.	Photos cannot be resold in digital, slide, print or any other format. Nor can they be rented, leased or given to third parties.

	4.	Photos (in whole or in part) cannot be used for illustrating merchandises and derivative works that are for sale. Exception: members of the media may use the photos on publications for positive depiction of Hong Kong.

	5.	Prior written consent from the HKTB is required for release from any restrictions.

Expiry date: Where permission to use photos from this Photo Gallery is granted, it is valid till the end of the licensing period as confirmed by HKTB in individual application form or 31 December 2008, whichever is earlier. You shall not use photos previously downloaded from the Photo Gallery after 31 December 2008.
